Our team of professional Chefs headed by the exceptional Chef Luciano Pulcinelli prepare daily a diversity of cuisine that caters to many palates, moods and cultures. Enjoy dishes influenced by the essences of Asia, the Mediterranean, the Pacific Rim and Continental Europe. Every plate is prepared with the same care, enthusiasm, and desire to please, be it Oven Roasted Lamb, Cod ala Basque, Pollo Valdostano, a simple Panini or Filipino Sinigang. 

 

We also offer a daily set menu that allows you to travel the world.  Enjoy authentic cuisine from Spain, Italy, Japan, America and of course, the Philippines!
